"Those should not be hard to come by, they are even found in my world." Or at least there are plants in her world that are called by those names. There is an assumption, wrong or right, that they would be the same plant regardless of how far away the two worlds are.

"Most occupied people do not admit to their sins, while I am not in the middle of this conflict it seems safe to say that neither side is blameless." A pretty obvious statement but there it is. The slaves become the master, the roles reversed: it's a grim thought.
