Adia has been doing more exploring lately; the coverage of the anti-violence field is spotty in the Wilds, but she has at least made it to the forest a few times. Having spent so long on a ship, and now a barren planet, she misses nature. "The Nexus is huge," she tells Paladin. "I'm not sure it even has boundaries, except that if you walk long enough, you probably end up somewhere else."

She keeps the horse at an easy pace, for both Paladin's benefit and her own. She knows she'll end up sore and bruised if she doesn't start out slow. "You're probably see a lot of different kind of transportations in the Nexus. A flying carpet is new to me, though... people used cars, where I'm from. it's a wheeled vehicle that's self-powered."
