You can write letters and send them to anyone else who has an email account. This one is a chat program. It's a little like email, except you are sending short messages back and forth. It's more useful when both you and the other person are on a computer at the same time. You can get these messages on your PINpoint, too. You'll need a user name and password for both programs, and you'll sign in and out of them each time that you use them."
She looks over the other programs, to see if there are any worth noting. "This one is if you want to draw anything, or change something on a photograph, and this one is a card game." She squints at the screen. "I think the rest of these are games, actually."
