Caspar gives the damaged fence a wary glance, but as they aren't headed in that direction, he puts it out of his mind for the time being. Instead, he looks at the magnemite curiously. He has seen several pokémon by now, but this is the first one that doesn't resemble an animal or a plant or any sort of biological organism.

"Hey, there," he says to it. He hears it beep. And grins. This little guy is all right.

Adia is busy hiding a smile behind her hand. Magnemites used to make her a little sad, reminding her of the Cylons. It's awfully cute to see Caspar take such a fancy to one.
