Adia returns the smile, then redirects her attention to Madrone as he explains some of the features of the tablet in her hands. When he explains that they won't be traveling unaccompanied, her smile grows and she holds up her tablet to scan each pokéball in turn.

"Oh my goodness... there are so many different types!" She only recognizes some of them, which is better than Caspar's progress. He's simply staring at the options in deep confusion.
