"This place seems to be built on strange," she counters, huffing a small laugh. It feels out of place to laugh and smile, but Adia seems to have a power to draw it out of her. First when she was grieving for Steve, and now again when she's not well after the Nightmare. Is it a power of hers? It wouldn't surprise Amelia to find out that Adia did have some latent kind of power like that.
